Tk66 Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and TK66 ("Platform", "Company", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the tk66 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the tk66 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

The tk66 platform is intended solely for legitimate entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, or systems designed to exploit the platform
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions (bonus abuse)
• Multiple account registration (multi-accounting)
• Use of another person's identity or financial information

Tk66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, breaches of terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or requests from the relevant authorities.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the tk66 support team. Before the account closure is processed, all applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled and no pending betting claims may remain outstanding.

Tk66 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond tk66's control.

The tk66 platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the platform or its content. tk66's aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
